This note from Marcia Johns-Sweet, Class of '73:

"We wanted to say "Thank You" to each one of you for all your prayers for my brother Kevin.................. but he went to be home with our Lord last night. This will be a very hard time for his wife Jennifer and their two girls, Emily and Hannah so please keep them in your prayers.

Our hearts are heavy and our loss is great but we know this is just a short time of separation. We know Kevin is in heaven with our dad, Craig's Jennifer and other family and friends who have gone to be with our Lord and Savior before us. What a reunion they are having.

Please keep our family in your prayers as we go through these next few days. God had a reason to take Kevin at such a young age but He has a plan that sometimes we don't understand but we know He'll hold our hands.

"Kevin you truly will be missed, what a wonderful person God made you to be. You touched so many people of all ages. I will never forget your last words to me......"I will love you forever" I'm sure you know by now that Michigan won the Sugar Bowl :) See you soon baby brother............"
